I own a 2005 Tiger River Caspian spa and have purchased spa parts and equipment from Backyard Plus over the years. Mainly filters, the small circulation pump, spa heater, ozone generator and pillows. This model has two jet pumps. The Wavemaster 8200 died after 18 years. Indicator was a low hum but no jets on the initial push of the jets button on the control panel. The second Wavemaster 8000 jet pump still engaged after pressing the jets button through the cycle. I suspect I will be replacing that pump in the near future. Jet pumps are expensive. Backyard Plus is competitively priced but not the cheapest advertised, but every part I have ordered has been delivered on time as stated and has matched the original part. Same true for the Wavemaster 8200. Works perfectly after a long afternoon spent on installation because I had to run to the local hardware store for the right-sized pliers and some silicone grease. The Backyard Plus instructional videos are excellent. Make sure you have all the tools and supplies shown in the video prior to starting the installation. Your slip joint pliers need to have a jaw opening of 3.75 inches. Have silicone grease handy for the gaskets. Valve stem lubricant is not silicone grease. Backyard plus has amazing tech support as always, complex machines require in depth troubleshooting, luckily with volt meter in hand I was expertly guided to find the heat flow pump, and the 20 amp dipole breaker destroyed by a recent lightning strike, I ordered the needed parts, and installed in less than two days.
