Which Type of Hot Spring Spa Do You Have?
The method to unlock your Hot Spring Spa will vary based on which model you have. If you have a very old Hot Spring Spa, you may even have a literal lock and key. Most of the more recent spas have a series or combination of buttons you can press to unlock your Hot Spring Spa. We will now break down how to unlock your specific model of Hot Spring Spa.
Unlock your Hot Spring Spa Controls
For HighLife Models (Grandee, Sovereign, Prodigy, Jetsetter, etc…) 1998-2009.5
To deactivate the Spa Lock feature Simoltanuously Press and Hold the Temp – and Light – buttons until the lock symbol on the display goes away.
For HighLife Models (Grandee, Sovereign, Prodigy, Jetsetter, etc…) 2009.5-2017
To deactivate the SPA LOCK, press and hold both the OPTIONS hard button and the LIGHTS hard button for 3 seconds.
For HighLife Models with Touch Screen or Wireless Remote Control Panels
Press and hold OFF next to “SPA LOCK” in the Settings menu for approximately 4 seconds to deactivate Spa Lock.
For Tiger River Models 1998-2003
To deactivate the SPA LOCK, press the Tiger River logo and TEMP Minus (-) buttons at the same time and hold them down until the word SPA and the lock symbol are no longer illuminated on the display
For Tiger River Models 2004-2010
To deactivate the SPA LOCK, press the MODE â–² button until the SPA – symbol is illuminated on the display. Press the OFF â–¼ button to deactivate the SPA LOCK feature.
For Limelight Models 2008-2015
To deactivate the SPA LOCK, press the MODE â–² button in the TOOLS submenu until the SPA – symbol is illuminated on the display. Press the OFF â–¼ button to deactivate the SPA LOCK feature
For Limelight Models 2015-2020
To turn off Spa Lock: Press and hold the OPTIONS hard button and the LIGHTS hard button at the same time for 3 seconds. The spa lock icon will turn off.
For HotSpot and Salona Models
To deactivate the Spa Lock, press the SET button. When the SET icon flashes press Temp Down (â–¼) button. Do not press any other button on the control panel until the SET icon stops flashing. The SLOC is no longer displayed.
