backyardplus is simply a bunch of good people doing their best everyday to help the customer. I bought my first product after watching their Utube video, reason is you can tell from the video that they’re out there to make life easier. I ended up replacing motherboard, relay board, control panel , pressure switch. They’re available via phone and email to help , I’m an Accountant, and I ended up replacing all that, YEAHHH, made possible only with their help , Shout out to Paul , Al, Oscar and the super wonderful ladies on the phones.
