Paul was an incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and service-oriented customer support agent. I was going to order online after he gave me the part numbers I needed, but he was so easy to work with and helpful, I decided to place the order over the phone. It was particularly helpful to know that Paul has installed the parts I was ordering, so he could walk me through the process. He's a true professional and an invaluable asset for Backyard Plus. He provided the kind of customer care that makes a customer want to keep coming back. And this customer will return. Thank you, Paul and thank you Backyard Plus!
