This shaft seal is for the Wavemaster 7000 (v.1). Sta-rite 5/8″ shaft seal used on the 1HP and 2HP jet pumps that were built from 1998 forward. This seal is used with the seal plate that DOES NOT require the copper heater sink. If you are repairing a pump that uses the copper heat sink, use 30224 shaft seal kit.
