The pillow has a rotating jet behind it that gives it the pulsating massaging action unique to the Dream Pillow. There are 5 stainless steel screws located under the screw covers that hold the Dream Pillow bladder in place. Estimated time to replace this part is less than 10 minutes. This teal colored pillow (bladder) is the replacement for the white shell colored 1995-1996 Hot Spring Summit and the 1995-1999 Hot Spring Landmark.
