After talking to my spa manufacturer about replacement parts, I called Back Yard Plus. Wow they helped me confirm my problem, with out a $250 service fee. They offered the replacement part, $200 less that the manufacturer did. When I received it, I had problems with matching the software. They helped me and it was working in less than 5 minutes!
