Black plastic base piece that has four screw holes and is used to attach the Cover Cradle (Kit A-E) arm & Gliderite arm to the side of the vinyl cover. It comes with the screw pin which attaches the sidearm to the side hinge. This item is only used on vinyl spa covers that are rounded (radius) where this side hinge would attach and is used in conjunction with the side wedge.

I have called Backyard Plus for my Hot Springs Pulse spa multiple times over the years. You guys are helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I have had excellent experiences with both Oscar and Craig. This past June I had an emergency situation where I had family arriving from out of town and three days before one of the jet motors died (timing is everything). I immediately called BP and worked with Oscar. He understood the challenge and urgency. He got the motor ordered, shipped and delivered next day.
