Great customer service. Bought a replacement heater for my Hot Springs hot tub. Upon Power-up after installation, an E2 error resulted. Followed the Backyard Plus video, which indicated a bad pressure switch in the new heater. Talked to Oscar, who explained how to further troubleshoot before removing the heater.
