I received a software update thumb drive from Backyard Plus. After installing the update, the tub was still not functioning properly so I called and talked to technical support. Oscar walked me through the whole process and the tub is working perfectly. Oscar knew EVERYTHING about my tub and how to get it running. It's so valuable having him for a resource because I'm forced to maintain my tub myself since I'm 4 hours from the nearest technician and they won't come help me. Watkins will not talk to me on the phone either because I'm not a professional tech. I can buy tub parts from a number of different places but I'll be getting them from Backyard Plus from now on.On 01/08/2026 by S. B. (verified customer)

This is the grey colored back panel of the Spa Stone Surround kit for the Hotsprings Grandee and Vista models made from 2008 to 2013. This panel can only be used on spas designed to accept the Spa Stone Surround kit.
