I would like to express how excellent this company is. I inherited a house with a 2007 Hotspring Aria hot tub. The spa hasn’t been operated in years and when I turned it on, it ran for about 10 minutes and died. I mean dead died. I knew absolutely nothing about hot tubs but with the excellent diagnosis videos, installation videos and superior phone support, I was able to replace the main control board, heater relay board, heater, circulation pump, the ozonator and all associated tubing. This took 4 1/2 hours over two days (I had to watch videos) but the spa runs like new! I had one question regarding the jumper voltage 18 or 12. I spoke with a technician and he was able to answer my question as well as helping me double check the voltages for the components on the relay board. Hi there- I looked into your order and the item was not on our shelves the day you ordered, but scheduled to arrive at our warehouse (and ship out) two business days later (June 3). Our checkout shows the ship out day (which reflects if it's on the shelf or if its on its way to our warehouse) as well as the expected delivery day.
