After troubleshooting my problem with Craig, who was quite knowledgeable, helpful and exhibited patience with this newbie, I purchased the heater. I followed the very informative video for the install, but alas it wasn't working. I have called Backyard Plus for my Hot Springs Pulse spa multiple times over the years. You guys are helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I have had excellent experiences with both Oscar and Craig. This past June I had an emergency situation where I had family arriving from out of town and three days before one of the jet motors died (timing is everything). I immediately called BP and worked with Oscar. He understood the challenge and urgency. He got the motor ordered, shipped and delivered next day.
