I have a 16 year old Hot Springs Vanguard hot tup. It has been a great tub all these years, however items have started failing and BackYard Plus has the best website for troubleshooting and locating the right part! Recently my heater stopped working , the front panel controls were in-operable. Working with the great staff it was determined I needed a new control board and from panel controller. After successful installation with the excellent documentation that comes with the parts, my 16 year old tub is working like the day it was delivered!
