After troubleshooting my problem with Craig, who was quite knowledgeable, helpful and exhibited patience with this newbie, I purchased the heater. I followed the very informative video for the install, but alas it wasn't working. I have dealt with backyardplus for several years and have always been thrilled with their customer service. Well, the service on my previous order was just spectacular. Fedex said they had delivered it and were annoying non-responsive to my attempts to tell them the product hadn't been delivered. Their website was user-friendly, making it easy to find the correct part (as well as any dependencies and non-dependencies of versions of other parts) I was looking for. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order promptly. The Remote Controller arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described on their website. The customer service rep Craig was exceptional, I had an issue with the generic installation/configuration/sync release-notes of the remote controller - and Craig helped me through that sync configuration in 10 minutes. I have called Backyard Plus for my Hot Springs Pulse spa multiple times over the years. You guys are helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I have had excellent experiences with both Oscar and Craig. This past June I had an emergency situation where I had family arriving from out of town and three days before one of the jet motors died (timing is everything). I immediately called BP and worked with Oscar. He understood the challenge and urgency. He got the motor ordered, shipped and delivered next day.
