I received a software update thumb drive from Backyard Plus. After installing the update, the tub was still not functioning properly so I called and talked to technical support. Oscar walked me through the whole process and the tub is working perfectly. Oscar knew EVERYTHING about my tub and how to get it running. It's so valuable having him for a resource because I'm forced to maintain my tub myself since I'm 4 hours from the nearest technician and they won't come help me. Watkins will not talk to me on the phone either because I'm not a professional tech. It’s made to order from the factory and takes two weeks to ship to you from the date of your order. Please include the dimensions of the door frame on your pre-1989 Prodigy/Home Spa.
NOTE: This door is only compatible with pre-1989 Hot Spring Prodigy/Home Spa model spas with serial numbers in the following range: HA 1001 – HA2000
