As a former service center owner/operator for Watkins Wellness, (20 year direct to factory relationship, I retired) I know the parts, the spas, and the inner workings. BYP is consistently the best third party provider of Hot Spring and related brand parts. The technical assistance aspect of this company is on par with what Watkins Wellness provides, from part compatibility through the telephone help desk, this company is top notch. I did have an issue with some parts that I ordered that came in wrong; I don't know if Watkins Wellness made the error or if BYP was responsible for the error. The important take away from my experience, is that BYP didn't give me any grief; it was handled professionally and without delay. Oscar the technician endured six or seven phone calls from me, answering my questions and giving me directions on what to test for as i tried to troubleshoot why my SX hot tub kept shutting down, and now is unresponsive. backyardplus is simply a bunch of good people doing their best everyday to help the customer. I bought my first product after watching their Utube video, reason is you can tell from the video that they’re out there to make life easier. I ended up replacing motherboard, relay board, control panel , pressure switch. They’re available via phone and email to help , I’m an Accountant, and I ended up replacing all that, YEAHHH, made possible only with their help , Shout out to Paul , Al, Oscar and the super wonderful ladies on the phones.
