I was extremely pleased with my experience with backyard plus. I needed some technical assistance to install a new mother board and called the "help" line. I spoke to "Oscar" several times. He was not only quite helpful but also quite patient with me as I am not a young man. At his request, I texted a photo of my progress on the project. He diagnosed my issue and called right back to talk me through it. My spa is currently running like new. I highly recommend backyardplus. I have been exceedingly impressed with your phone tech support guys Craig and Oscar. I am very technically handy (former police bomb technician) and not easily impressed. I have used your tech support several times over the past several years as I maintain a 2002 Hot Springs Vanguard Spa. Your website and parts availability is superb. Recently had to make a big purchase to buy a whole new IQ 2020 control unit but was confident in the problem and solution after nearly an hour of technical diagnosis on the phone, verifying other spa components were OK. Instructions are thorough and easy to follow for anyone attentive to detail. I have installed the parts as of 5/1/2023, and the spa is back in operation. I am glad backyard plus is out there. The team at Backyard was very helpful in determining the correct pump as the numbers on my existing pump did not match any of the newer models. Also, the website with the pictures was similarly useful in obtaining the correct parts. The new replacement part arrived in a day and when together correctly.
