When having problems with my Hot Spring Spa Wireless remote control, I decided to replace the wireless remote with a hard-wired unit. I searched the internet and found the parts I needed online from BACKYARDPLUS. I have a 16 year old Hot Springs Vanguard hot tup. It has been a great tub all these years, however items have started failing and BackYard Plus has the best website for troubleshooting and locating the right part! Recently my heater stopped working , the front panel controls were in-operable. Working with the great staff it was determined I needed a new control board and from panel controller.
