I received a software update thumb drive from Backyard Plus. After installing the update, the tub was still not functioning properly so I called and talked to technical support. Oscar walked me through the whole process and the tub is working perfectly. Oscar knew EVERYTHING about my tub and how to get it running. It's so valuable having him for a resource because I'm forced to maintain my tub myself since I'm 4 hours from the nearest technician and they won't come help me. Watkins will not talk to me on the phone either because I'm not a professional tech. In our lineup of over 3100 genuine Hot Spring spa parts are all four designs of the Hot Spring brand of cover lifters. Some of these cover lifters or Retractable Cover Systems (RCS) are designed to attach to the spa and also to the Hot Spring cover. In 1996, all Hot Spring spa covers (Watkins) were equipped with hidden steel inserts embedded into the insulated foam cores. These inserts enabled some styles of Hot Spring cover lifters to attach directly into the edge of their spa covers. Mega beefy design!
