I received a software update thumb drive from Backyard Plus. After installing the update, the tub was still not functioning properly so I called and talked to technical support. Oscar walked me through the whole process and the tub is working perfectly. Oscar knew EVERYTHING about my tub and how to get it running. It's so valuable having him for a resource because I'm forced to maintain my tub myself since I'm 4 hours from the nearest technician and they won't come help me. Watkins will not talk to me on the phone either because I'm not a professional tech. The Uprite® Lifter is a favorite for close clearance needs. If your spa needs to be nudged up close to the house, fence or gazebo then this lifter is ideal. The Uprite® (sometimes spelled upright) only requires seven inches (7″) of rear clearance to accommodate it. The Uprite® is the first choice if your spa rests in a vault application (recessed) since this lifter doesn’t fold down behind the spa.
Limelight Spas 2018 and newer: For 2018 and newer Limelight models – spacer kit 78164 is required to install an UpRite lifter (37876) to create space needed due to the small corner radius.
