I had to retrofit the Hawk IQ2020 Control box on my 2011 Relay Spa. The order, customer service, and technical service were good. However the documentation/instructions that were sent with the unit were absolutely horrible. In fact, they seemed like they gave incorrect information. Thank god for a youtube video that they provided which got me through the install. But even that video left me with several questions, and I had to go back and forth with technical support several times (on the positive side, they were very responsive). Geez guys, how hard is it to put a nice set of instructions together. Now that I've done the job, I could write a proper procedure in less than an hour. 0 stars!On 07/10/2025 by N. H. We're sorry you had a hard time during your install. But we're glad to hear that our technicians were able to help you. The documentation you mentioned is provided by the factory and is assuming a Watkins Certified Technician is doing the installation. The videos and tech support that we offer are meant to fill in the gaps. We're sorry you were so frustrated.
