I had previously gone to their website to look for a product and the information you could get for my hot tub was impressive. There were explanations and videos to help solve problems. They had an item I could not get anywhere else so I called their support person. I got the information I needed and ordered the part plus another major part. I received the package about a week later and installed it in my tub and everything is working. They do a nice job on their website of categorizing parts and systems for a hot tub and helping you select what you need.
