I have dealt with backyardplus for several years and have always been thrilled with their customer service. Well, the service on my previous order was just spectacular. Fedex said they had delivered it and were annoying non-responsive to my attempts to tell them the product hadn't been delivered. I reported that to backyardplus who contacted Fedex and shipped a replacement order! Wow! Bob MartinOn 07/23/2024 by R. M. (verified customer)
These control boxes and their circuit boards do on occasion just grow tired as any outdoor computer could. No worries, we have just the right complete factory replacements as well as the internal parts all from the makers of Hot Spring, Tiger River, Solana, Limelight, and Hot Spot Spas.
