Looking to be honest and don't know how much of this can be blamed on backyardplus. I bought a Watson circ pump from you just over a year ago and the pump recently failed. My previous pump lasted over 10 years so needless to say I was not very happy with the fact that I had to buy another pump in just over a year. You came highly recommended to me by a local Hot Springs dealer. We agree with you. The circ pumps should last longer than a year. They do come with a warranty and if they should fail within a year, it will be covered. Another reason they can go out early is if the water chemistry is off. Calcium hardness can be a culprit that can cause the impeller to not work.
