I would like to express how excellent this company is. I inherited a house with a 2007 Hotspring Aria hot tub. The spa hasn’t been operated in years and when I turned it on, it ran for about 10 minutes and died. I mean dead died. I knew absolutely nothing about hot tubs but with the excellent diagnosis videos, installation videos and superior phone support, I was able to replace the main control board, heater relay board, heater, circulation pump, the ozonator and all associated tubing. This took 4 1/2 hours over two days (I had to watch videos) but the spa runs like new! I had one question regarding the jumper voltage 18 or 12. I spoke with a technician and he was able to answer my question as well as helping me double check the voltages for the components on the relay board. I am handy with electronics and electricity and am comfortable working with 230 volts. Shipping was fast and as expected. I highly recommend BackYardPlus. On 06/28/2024 by F. R. (verified customer)
