I sure stick with a 5-star rating for BackyardPlus--these guys are great! First, they gave me the technical advice I needed to get the right parts to make the spa repair (thermistors); Second they sold the parts at the best price I saw anywhere on the internet; Third, they didn't gouge me on shipping costs to Hawaii, and Fourth, the techs gave me detailed advice on how to effect the repair, including personal follow-up .
