I have dealt with backyardplus for several years and have always been thrilled with their customer service. Well, the service on my previous order was just spectacular. Fedex said they had delivered it and were annoying non-responsive to my attempts to tell them the product hadn't been delivered. This black hole plug is used on most Hot Spot spas to plug unused holes provided for electrical conduit. Usually, there are two holes predrilled, so that the conduit can enter the equipment compartment of the spa from either side. This plug is used to plug the unused side.
