I worked with Craig at Backyard Plus. He was very helpful, informative and patient with all my questions. The part I need to fix my Hot Springs hot tub is not available until mid-late April. Craig gave me the opportunity to call around and see if I could find part #76836 somewhere else. However, no one has it in stock. I'm hoping that as soon as the part comes in, it will be sent so I can get my hot tub working again. I've had 3 back surgeries and my hot tub is my therapy. I'm missing it a lot. Please know that Craig is a terrific representative for your company. In this day and age, it tough to find people who want to work and even tougher to find folks that do a great job for you.
