Reducer Bushing, 3/4″ spig x 1/2″ female iron pipe thread. This bushing allows a 1/2″ male pipe threaded fitting to be adapted to fit in a 3/4″ female slip fitting. The connection should be made using PVC primer and cement on the slip portion of the fitting and Teflon plumbers tape should be used on the pipe thread portion of the fitting.
