BYP is consistently the best third party provider of Hot Spring and related brand parts. The technical assistance aspect of this company is on par with what Watkins Wellness provides, from part compatibility through the telephone help desk, this company is top notch. I did have an issue with some parts that I ordered that came in wrong; I don't know if Watkins Wellness made the error or if BYP was responsible for the error. The important take away from my experience, is that BYP didn't give me any grief; it was handled professionally and without delay.
