Barbed Fitting with o-ring, Wavemaster and Starite

This barbed nipple screws into the front (suction cover) and is used on all Wavemaster Jet Pumps as well as the Sta-Rite 1Hp & 2Hp jet pumps on everything but Tiger River spas which use a 33732 nipple. The function of this 32267 nipple is to provide a place for the 1/4″ vinyl tube to connect onto the suction side of the jet pump which in turn helps drain the jet pumps water when you drain the spa. It also helps prevent and “Airlock” in the Hot Springs circulation pumps (Silentflo) plumbing.

Found the hot tub was leaking. The cause was this screw was broken and the water was leaking out of the hole the screw was in. Had to completely drain and keep the hot tub warm while we waited for the part to be delivered. (Hence paying extra for the 2-day delivery) Repaired the broken screw inside the hot tub. Great service! I was unsure of the part we needed to fix a leak, so I called Back Yard Plus and explained where the leak was coming from. He guided me through the issue with the part name and how to replace it. The part was delivered in a couple days. We changed it out and no more leaking. Thank you Back Yard Plus!!!!!

This little fitting I’m guessing was original parts, chlorine finally ate it away and it failed. Backyardplus to the rescue!! Wicked fast shipping. Got here 2 days sooner that stated!! 5 minutes to install and refill the tub. Thanks!!

This is an OEM (Hotsprings Spa) part. It should be made out of metal. The OEM part is plastic and becomes brittle and deformed with heat and age.
