The 10 Minute Timer Delay is designed to cause the “heating mode” in the 1993-1994 Hot Spot Z model (round spa) to wait for 10 minutes before engaging. This device is utilized whenever the spa is powered up or when the spa’s jet pump is turned off. This gives the system a “quiet mode” before is resumes its automatic heating cycle.
