The D-Shaft Driver is basically an extension from a control panel light & temperature dial to the actual electronic part that it’s controlling. This D-Shaft also limits the turning radius of the dial as to not overturn and damage the electronic part it’s connected to. Its is found on the backside of all 1989-1997 Hot Spring spas control panels.
