I have dealt with backyardplus for several years and have always been thrilled with their customer service. Well, the service on my previous order was just spectacular. Fedex said they had delivered it and were annoying non-responsive to my attempts to tell them the product hadn't been delivered. This heater receptacle mounts in the control box on Hot Spring models from 1989-1996. It was used on the pre-1997 120volt Hot Spring models and also for pre-1995 230volt Hot Spring models that have the 31409 twin heater elements. Over the years, this receptacle can fatigue and overheat requiring replacement.
