I highly recommend this company. I bought a main circuit board from Backyardplus after paying for a diagnosis from another spa company. Backyardplus offered the best price. However, I diagnosed the problem myself just a few hours after placing the order and no longer needed the board. Get this! I tried to cancel but it had already been shipped. I talked to a friendly person at this company and she worked with me in returning the unopened circuit board package. Diversion valve fits yet does not have the "stop" points for the hot springs sovereign hot tub with four jet positions. This now has two stopping points at 12 and 6 on the dial. When in the 3 or 9 o'clock positions there is not stop point. I had only replaced it because these stop points were worn out and the dial would free float between all positions. I'm so sorry to hear about your frustration with the 2 position diverter lever/bezel. Watkins Manufacturing made the 4 position obsolete and the 73360 is the only option they provide. It looks like they made a factory-wide design change from the 4-position to the 2 position for all new tubs and stopped carrying the 4-position replacement levers/bezels once they ran out.
