I received a software update thumb drive from Backyard Plus. After installing the update, the tub was still not functioning properly so I called and talked to technical support. Oscar walked me through the whole process and the tub is working perfectly. Oscar knew EVERYTHING about my tub and how to get it running. It's so valuable having him for a resource because I'm forced to maintain my tub myself since I'm 4 hours from the nearest technician and they won't come help me. Watkins will not talk to me on the phone either because I'm not a professional tech. This 2-position (3 and 9 o’clock) Diverter Valve Kit is located under the diverter lever on the top lip of the spa. Its purpose is to divert water to different jet combinations when you rotate the lever from 3 o’clock to 9 o’clock. Replacement is necessary only if the valve lever becomes too difficult to turn, the handle breaks off the top of this valve or it begins leaking. This is the correct kit for all Hot Spot Sorrento spa models.
