I received a software update thumb drive from Backyard Plus. After installing the update, the tub was still not functioning properly so I called and talked to technical support. Oscar walked me through the whole process and the tub is working perfectly. Oscar knew EVERYTHING about my tub and how to get it running. It's so valuable having him for a resource because I'm forced to maintain my tub myself since I'm 4 hours from the nearest technician and they won't come help me. Watkins will not talk to me on the phone either because I'm not a professional tech. This after-market (Sta-rite) seal plate is the part of the “wet end” that bolts onto the pump motor. This seal plate is the replacement for both the 1hp and 2hp Starite Max-E-Glas jet pumps used on Hot Spring models prior to 1993.
Note: DOES NOT INCLUDE SHAFT SEAL (70400-BYP) OR THE SUCTION COVER O-RING (30220)
