This handle is used on the drain valve for Hotspring spas manufactured from 1990 to 1992. It’s a gate style valve that is pulled up vertically to open and pushed down to close. The valve is made up of a few components that can be replaced when they wear out, including the slide itself, and a couple of gaskets.
