This white floating skimmer blade (weir) is used on the white-colored spa shells on 1993-2010 Hot Spring spa models. This weir blade is held in its guides using the included four spring backed bullets as it floats up and down. Clever little design!

This part can be found on many Hot Spring pre 89, Hot Spring models from 1993 to 2018
