I have dealt with backyardplus for several years and have always been thrilled with their customer service. Well, the service on my previous order was just spectacular. Fedex said they had delivered it and were annoying non-responsive to my attempts to tell them the product hadn't been delivered. This resistor was only used on the 1993-1994 Hot Spot Z (round) model spa. Most Watkins Techs recommend removing this part from the control box. It has been discontinued as of 9-2014
