When having problems with my Hot Spring Spa Wireless remote control, I decided to replace the wireless remote with a hard-wired unit. I searched the internet and found the parts I needed online from BACKYARDPLUS. Their prices were reasonably competitive (plus they were running a Labor Day sale), and the reviews were very positive regarding customer service. I contacted them via telephone, and my call was received immediately by Paul who intelligently answered questions I had, assured me of the right part numbers I would need, and instructed me how simple it would be to install them. He also told me if I ran into any problems with the install/changeover to just give him a call back. The goods arrived quickly at the freight amalgamation depot I use, but I will apparently have to wait over 3 months at a minimum to see my goods. I now question whether a direct shipping option may have been better at potentially a similar price. It would be good if backyardplus could amalgamate orders and send to NZ for local redistribution. Backyard Plus is the best!! For this order, I received it VERY WELL packaged, as some of the items could have been damaged easily in transport - but they were perfect! They were shipped faster than I expected, and it's just the kind of experience you want when you're buying online.
