I have purchased parts from BackYardPlus before and have always been satisfied with the experience. They are friendly, helpful, and quick to ship the item. This time I did not need a part as such, but their expertise in installing and programming a part that I had purchased before. When I called the help desk, they zeroed in on the problem I was having. Within a short amount of time, I had a solution to the problem. When that solution did not immediately fix the problem, I reached out to them again. They contacted the manufacturer, and I had the corrected solution within an hour. My interaction with the help desk team was friendly and personal. Another thing that makes BackYardPlus an exceptional place is their website. It is easy to browse their parts catalog.
