I have dealt with backyardplus for several years and have always been thrilled with their customer service. Well, the service on my previous order was just spectacular. Fedex said they had delivered it and were annoying non-responsive to my attempts to tell them the product hadn't been delivered. Six of these round screw covers are used on the Solana TX made from 2000-2004 to hold the equipment door in place. These taupe-colored caps attach to a plastic retainer that surrounds the head of the screw used to hold the door panel in place to provide a more finished look after the screw is installed.
