The hot tub tech we usually work with suggested calling you all instead, as you have the parts available and more specific knowledge than he has. Oscar helped me diagnose the problem (partially due to Amazon parts), and I ordered the correct pieces from you all. Arrived on time. Hope I don't have to call you again, but with 3 hot tubs, I know I will. On 10/06/2026 by K. C. (verified customer)

This taupe colored face place fits all 1997 forward Hot Spring and 2000 forward Solana spas. It fits over the Moto-Massage guide body and is held in place with three stainless steel screws. Those screws are hidden under plastic screw covers that just push into place.
