The videos were great at guiding me to the problem with my hot tub. A few entries as to the make and model of my hot tub, and there was the part I needed. A few more entries and my replacement part was on its way. They even had a video with a helpful trick to purge the air from the system once installation and filling was complete. Control Panel Ribbon Cable, IQ 2020

This ribbon cable connects the control panel (Tiger River) or control head (Hot Spring) to the IQ 2020 control box. The ribbon has connectors on both ends. One end clips onto the backside of the control panel’s “control head” and the other end onto the IQ 2020 control box circuit board.
