This air check valve was used in 2001-2002 Hot Spring & Tiger River spas. It has 3/4″ barbed fittings on 2 of the 3 ports and a 1/4″ nipple on the 3rd port. This item was either black and white-colored. This item has been obsolete since 2003 being replaced with the Hartford Loop Assembly (72701).
