I have dealt with backyardplus for several years and have always been thrilled with their customer service. Well, the service on my previous order was just spectacular. Fedex said they had delivered it and were annoying non-responsive to my attempts to tell them the product hadn't been delivered. Jade granite (speckled) color filter lid (filter cover) for the 2002 Hot Spring Sovereign model IQ. This filter lid gives the filter area a more finished look as well as preventing debris from getting into the filter area when the spa lid is open.
