The technical assistance aspect of this company is on par with what Watkins Wellness provides, from part compatibility through the telephone help desk, this company is top notch. backyardplus is simply a bunch of good people doing their best everyday to help the customer. I bought my first product after watching their Utube video, reason is you can tell from the video that they’re out there to make life easier. I ended up replacing motherboard, relay board, control panel , pressure switch. They’re available via phone and email to help , I’m an Accountant, and I ended up replacing all that, YEAHHH, made possible only with their help , Shout out to Paul , Al, Oscar and the super wonderful ladies on the phones.
