I have dealt with backyardplus for several years and have always been thrilled with their customer service. Well, the service on my previous order was just spectacular. Fedex said they had delivered it and were annoying non-responsive to my attempts to tell them the product hadn't been delivered. This is a generic cord that can be used for connecting low amperage components such as the circulation pump to the IQ2000 and IQ2020 control boxes. It is 5 feet long and 17 gauge wire. It shouldn’t be used on any components that have a high amperage draw like a jet pump or heater.
