The part was correct, and it arrived when promised. My only issue is that this part fit in a standard envelope that could be sent USPS for less than a dollar and instead I was charged $10.77 to ship a < 1 oz part that $18.53. My feeling is don't overcharge for shipping, just be fair and honest - I ship things often and pay much less to ship more. I'm sorry you're disappointed in the shipping you paid. I can assure you that we were charged $10.77 for the priority mail package (with tracking number) and made no money on this shipping cost. In order to sell online and charge credit cards, businesses have to provide a tracking number to the customer which is why we cannot simply put a stamp on a package/envelope.
USPS Ground advantage (similar to first class mail) is an option that is presented at checkout and is usually half the cost, but double the transit time. The price to get the package between 1-3 business days is what makes USPS priority mail cost so much more than Ground Advantage. Please reach out if you have any other concerns.
